Support for Carers of People with Dementia
Caring for someone with dementia can become so overwhelming that even asking for help feels like too much. You don't need to come with a plan; just tell me what's happening, and together we'll work out what might help.
We'll talk through what's feeling hardest, make sense of what's going on, and find a way forward — whether that's a practical strategy for something happening at home, working through a difficult decision, understanding more about dementia, or simply making space to look after yourself.
Come for one session, or come back when you need to. There's no programme to commit to.
