At Gill Lambert Health Coaching, I offer a straightforward path to becoming healthier without following fads. I am not here to be an influencer or guru, instead, I help you find the answers within yourself and support you in making changes. I hold qualifications as a Prekure Health Coach, a REPS registered Personal Trainer, and a ph360 coach. My goal is to create a personalised, supportive space that makes your health journey positive and lasting.
Owning Curves gym in New Plymouth for 15 years taught me that many women's self-esteem is linked to weight. I watched them go through yoyo dieting, which often led to frustration and lowered confidence. Many felt bad for not keeping the weight off. This motivated me to focus on health coaching, emphasising a sustainable and kind approach to wellness.
