Caring for someone with dementia can be rewarding, exhausting, heartbreaking and isolating—often all in the same day.

Through my work as a Community Educator with Alzheimer's Taranaki and my own family's experience of dementia, I understand the challenges carers face.

I offer individual and group support to help carers protect their wellbeing, build resilience, and feel less alone on the journey.
